The goal was to create easily configurable and usable spaces with advanced technology that would allow meetings to be run both in-person and with remote participants. All while maintaining a high level of quality and fluidity in communications. In addition, it was essential that these environments be intuitive and easily usable by anyone, without the need for specialized technical skills.
To meet this challenge, the company chose to partner with Eurome to design and implement audiovisual solutions. The result was the implementation of conference rooms and multi-purpose spaces equipped with a totally wireless configuration, allowing smooth management of various functions via an intuitive touch panel.
The technological systems implemented included the adoption of advanced video conferencing, presentation and content sharing solutions, all easily managed through user-friendly interfaces. As a result, the rooms are equipped with high-quality audio and video devices, such as professional microphones and high-resolution cameras, ensuring optimal performance for both in-person and virtual meetings.
The rooms can now easily and immediately support hybrid meetings with unlimited remote participation, with wireless technology and ease of setup making the rooms ready to use in seconds, without the need for complex operations. This flexibility allows the company to quickly adapt to the different needs of each meeting, whether for a small working group or an event with hundreds of participants connected online.
In addition, the quality of communications has been greatly improved through the selection of high-quality devices that provide clear audio and superior video, which are excellent for handling both hybrid, in-person and remote meetings in an environment conducive to interaction and collaboration.
The project was completed quickly, with a total duration of about 3 weeks. The design also took into account the aesthetics of the rooms, with a focus on reducing the visual impact of the technology and ensuring a neat and professional appearance.
