Ethics & Compliance
R1 Group caters to businesses, public and private entities, and companies of all sizes to govern their implementation and management processes and intends to do so by always guaranteeing the client a high level of reliability. We strive to prevent and counter corruption through various safeguards, both on a mandatory and voluntary basis, to reiterate and highlight the fundamental principles on which our activities are based.
CODE OF ETHICS.
R1 Group’s Code of Ethics tells about our corporate culture and the values in which we recognize ourselves. Attention to the needs of our customers, the search for increasingly sustainable solutions, products and technologies, and the enhancement of our people represent our way of doing Business, respecting all individuals and the planet in which we live.
Organization and management model (ex Legislative Decree 231/01)
The Group has equipped itself with a specific Organization, Management and Control Model (Organizational Model) in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001 regarding the administrative liability of legal persons. It expresses the values, principles of behavior, commitments, and responsibilities that we assume internally and externally at R1 Group.
Whisteblowing system
R1 S.p.A. and its subsidiaries provide a Whistleblowing system that guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved and the person in any case mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 (“Whistleblowing”).
Reports can be made in written or oral form through the following information channels.
For reports that do not concern members of the SB:
Through specially designated computer platform for reporting wrongdoing.
Or by meeting directly with the VO, subject to an appointment to be arranged by message to be sent always on the platform dedicated to reporting.
For reports concerning the SB:
By paper mail, to be sent to the address Via Monte Carmelo 5 zip code 00166 ROMA, enclosing in a sealed envelope marked “STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. CONFIDENTIAL. RESERVED TO THE WHISTLEBLOWING ETHICS COMMITTEE,” two additional envelopes, one containing an ID and contact information of the reporting party, the other the contents of the report.
