The context

In banking, reliability and operational efficiency are essential elements in ensuring quality services to customers. The Problem
A major banking group was faced with the need to renovate its workstations, with the aim of improving productivity, streamlining internal processes and ensuring business continuity throughout the network. To meet this challenge, he relied on Eurome, which supported the project with a strategic and tailored approach.

Eurome’s response
Through a thorough analysis of the customer’s needs, Eurome identified the most suitable technology solution and managed the replacement of about 350 workstations spread over several branches. The new configuration has made it possible to simplify operational management, improve operator experience, and ensure greater service reliability.

Eurome’s support was not limited to the supply and installation of the new workstations: the company accompanied the client at every stage of the project, ensuring a smooth transition process without negative impacts on daily activities.

In the context of digital transformation, sustainability has become an increasingly central value, and because of this, Eurome has also supported the client in the responsible life-cycle management of the technology fleet, taking care of the retirement and disposal of old stations in accordance with environmental and data security regulations.
